Returns & Exchanges

At YozmaSport®, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
